My work as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
I have worked in various roles within the financial services sector for the last fifteen years, most recently as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. I enjoy offering mortgage advice as I have always been passionate about helping my customers. My main motivation is to do the right thing for the customer by providing them with a suitable financial solution.
I love helping customers buy their dream home and saving them money on their mortgage payments. I am also experienced at helping customers with more complex mortgage requirements, such as buy to let purchase or advising first-time buyers. I enjoy supporting my customers through their house purchase, it’s really rewarding!
I joined Fortune Financial because they are a well-established mortgage broking team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. There is a great team spirit and excellent support, so it’s a perfect place to work and grow my skills.
About me and my family
I have been married for eighteen years to my amazing wife Nisha (who I asked out at school and had to wait five more years to date). We have two children, Teyanna and Dhruv. Family is really important to me, and my career as a Mortgage & Protection broker helps me keep the balance right. Orea is the newest addition to our family, a kitten bought for our children, but I feel as though I am parenting her now!
I love a challenge whether it is at work or in my personal life. A few years ago, I walked from London to Brighton. The walk really challenged me, and it took me 6 hours longer than everyone else, but this is one of my biggest achievements and I am just proud I finished.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, and I enjoy eating out and visiting new places. I also like to play a bit of golf to relax.
