Mortgage & Protection Advisers

We look for Mortgage and Protection Advisers to keep up with the demand, with a person who has the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers experience now and in the years to come.

Our most successful consultants always strive to provide the highest levels of service and to truly understand our customer’s needs. So, you will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment.

Our working hours are 37.5 hours, 5 days per week (working every other Saturday). With the flexibility to ensure our customers receive the best service.

At Fortune we recruit on character not just talent. We can offer extensive training in house and via our network PRIMIS.

What we can offer you:

  • Basic salary, £25,000 with expected full earnings of between £30-40,000 in year one.
  • Uncapped commission from multiple income streams from day one, although it will take a while to build up your commission pot, once established and constantly being replenished you will see the real monetary benefits.

Please Note: A full driving license is essential for this role as there will be visits required including Hitchin, Stevenage, Letchworth, Luton and beyond.


Relationship Management Team

Position: Client Manager

Fortune Financial Planning recruit Client Managers to join our Relationship Management team and provide services to our mortgage advisers, existing and new clients, along with our introducers.

The role includes mortgage appointment allocation via Office 365 Outlook diary management, with a large percentage of time speaking to our new and existing client bank via the telephone.

Full on the job training & network compliant training will be given to ensure the candidate becomes confident in their role.

We look for a dedicated and reliable individual with a commitment to the role.

At Fortune Financial, we have a modern twist on business. We like to ensure all our staff are happy in their work and have an ability to progress within the company.

The role can be either a full time and part time position, with the potential for overtime and flexible hours to work around our client’s needs.

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Full-time hours: 35 per week

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire


Case Management Team

Position: Financial Assistants

Fortune Financial Planning recruit Financial Assistants to join our Case Management team and provide administration services to our mortgage and insurance advisers.

The role includes mortgage processing from full application to our large panel of lenders, scanning and verifying client documents, dealing with existing clients case progression via the telephone, managing a diary and other general office work.

Full on the job training & network compliant training will be given to ensure the candidate becomes confident in their role, but we are ideally look for experience in the mortgage or financial industry.

We look for a dedicated and reliable individual with a commitment to the role.
