My role at Fortune Financial Planning
My name is Natalie, and I joined the Fortune Financial Team in April 2023 as a Mortgage & Protection Case Manager.
My role here involves assisting clients with their mortgage applications by dealing with a variety of colleagues, clients, and other mortgage professionals, in particular liaising with mortgage brokers and protection advisors.
I support the progression of mortgage applications from initial instruction to obtaining the required mortgage offer, and then overseeing the case to completion. I manage a variety of mortgage cases and enjoy the daily interaction with clients and professionals. I work closely with my colleague Claudia to ensure that the process runs as effectively and efficiently as possible.
I previously worked within the legal sector and have knowledge of the Conveyancing process which is beneficial to my role here at Fortune Financial.
I really enjoy being part of the Fortune Financial team. There is a lovely mix of different personalities and the atmosphere here is always very positive, friendly, and relaxed. There is also a great sense of being a valued member of a lovely team.
Life outside work
I live locally with my four children and my dog, which keeps me very busy!!! During my many walks with my dog (crazy high energy working cocker spaniel!!!) I love to stop and chat to new people that I meet. In my spare time I enjoy walking, running, and going to the gym. I also enjoy socialising with close friends.
