My role at Fortune Financial
My name is Lizzie and I am a Fortune Financial mortgage and protection adviser offering protection advice to customers in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. I pride myself in offering a friendly professional local protection service to all my customers, providing their whole family with financial security.
I joined Fortune Financial after having my daughter as I wanted to go self-employed to allow myself more freedom to work and be a mum. I chose Fortune Financial as the team have a real passion for what they do, they offer excellent client service and they take great care to go above and beyond for their customer.
I achieved my CeMAP mortgage exams and after many years in the insurance industry I also gained my Certificate and Diploma in Insurance.
I offer protection advise on a variety of protection policies, including life insurance, income protection, critical illness, children’s cover, and funeral cover. I always ensure these policies are written into trust to ensure the money pays out quickly to the right people.
Life outside of Fortune Financial
I met my now husband seven years ago and we will have been married for five years in 2023. I am also a mum to my daughter Amelia who is coming up to eighteen months old. My family are my motivation, and my protection advice role within Fortune Financial has given me an amazing work life balance and the ability to work around my daughter, so I don’t miss out on her growing up.
We have a fox red Labrador who will be four this year and we love nothing more than going for walks as a family.
In my spare time I keep fit by walking, running, and cycling, and I like spending time out in the garden where I grow some of my own vegetables. I also enjoy knitting and crochet.
